What a day! Today, we completed the longest distance I have ever towed anything in my life. We put down 623 miles today and spent just over 12 hours in the truck making it happen. I knew we needed to put in a really long day to make sure we stayed on track for a Sunday arrival at Minnesota, but wasn’t ready for just how long and how draining pulling a 5th wheel that distance would be. It’s a shame too, because I was so tired I couldn’t really enjoy the amazing sight we had in the Badlands, SD. This is most definitely one that Ann and I will be marking down for a return trip and a longer stay. It was breathtaking, and the pictures below do not do it justice at all.
