St. Ignace is the place where people go to ferry to Mackinac Island, but not us! Instead of doing the typical tours, we decided to check out some wacky roadside attractions. The Mystery Spot and Deer Ranch were quite entertaining, and less expensive! We absolutely loved Dusty’s Gourmet Dog House and, since service at the State Park was non-existent, we got to experience the downtown parking areas and shops. Since Josh has ties to Michigan, we probably will have future opportunities to check out the more traditional tourist spots, but St. Ignace was great fun!
